Welcome to TV Lista. By accessing or using our website and Progressive Web App ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TV Lista provides television programme listings and schedules from multiple countries worldwide. Our Service includes:

• TV programme schedules from 64+ countries
• Channel favorites management (with optional Google sign-in)
• Push notifications for TV show alerts (PWA feature)
• Programme search and filtering
• Multiple viewing modes (Now & Next, Browse, Grid)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Google Sign-In

You may optionally sign in using your Google account to access additional features (favorites sync, alerts). By signing in, you agree to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by signing out and clearing your browser data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to TV listings data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

TV programme listings, schedules, and related data are provided by third-party EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) providers. All content, design, logos, and trademarks on TV Lista are owned by us or our licensors.

5.2 Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate TV listings, but we do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of programme information
• Availability of all channels or programmes
• Real-time updates (listings may be delayed)

TV schedules are subject to change by broadcasters without notice.

5.3 User-Generated Content

Currently, TV Lista does not allow user-generated content (reviews, comments, etc.). Favorites and alerts are private to your account.

6. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you agree that:

• You will receive alerts for TV shows you've subscribed to
• Notifications are sent based on your selected timing (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before)
• We are not responsible for missed notifications due to browser/device settings
• You can disable notifications at any time through browser settings

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Google OAuth: Sign-in authentication
• Fathom Analytics: Privacy-focused website analytics

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Geographic Restrictions

TV Lista provides listings for 64+ countries. However:

• Listings are based on broadcast schedules in each country's timezone
• Some content may be geo-restricted by broadcasters
• We do not provide streaming services or links to copyrighted content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TV Lista, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
